The Beloit plant specializes in the production of Chili and Salsa products. Incumbents are responsible for learning a wide variety of jobs and duties across the plant such as: grinding, batching, cooking, canning, boxing and stacking product, sanitation, operating forklifts, verifying quality and accuracy of products, all while making people and food safety the number one priority.
