The HRIS Workday specialist is a member of the team supporting and enhancing our HRIS system, Workday. **Position Responsibilities:** + Interact and partner with HR and Technology teams to provide information and support pertaining to Workday + Design, develop and implement solutions to meet business requirements + Coordinate and schedule implementation dates (installation, change management, training, go live) + Manage any operational or technical issue(s) through to resolution – escalate project risks as necessary + Ensure regular summaries of progress are provided to all key stakeholders + Must possess excellent judgement to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives + Provide support for any issues raised to the HRIS team **Position Qualifications:** + 1+ years’ experience providing Workday HCM design and configuration + Experience configuring and supporting one or more of the following Workday products is required: Absence, Benefits, Compensation, HCM, Integrations, Learning, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent or Time Tracking + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience + Corporate Operations experience is a plus + Must have excellent verbal/written communication, user interaction & interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment + Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working in a fast-paced environment + This is a hybrid position out of Chicago, IL office. + The range for this position is $68,000 to $113,400. When determining candidate offers, we consider experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location among other factors.
