SEI is seeking to hire a HRIS Product & Integrations manager serves as the master of the Workday backlog, independently gathering requirements, prioritizing projects, and working with Product Owners to optimize Feature delivery to the internal customers to optimize system performance and end-user efficiency.
What you will do:
This role will participate in discovery, customer & market research, development activities, technology & intellectual property management, product strategy, planning & decision making, product management organization & team relationships, co-development & alliances, process execution, and metrics (both financial and other). The technical environment includes Workday, Dayforce, Docebo, Phenom People, ServiceNow, Sharepoint, Workfront, Monday, API – data movements (between platforms and SEI clients) and FTP (file movement).
Learn & support Workday HCM, Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday Talent, Onboarding, and any other Workday modules deployed for end users. Also learn & support Dayforce Payroll & Benefits, Phenom People, and Docebo Learning Management SystemCritically assess current system configuration to enhance efficiency and productivityLearn, assess, and deploy security access to the system as well audit existing accessUnderstand completely the downstream impact of all data elements in our systemsWork with key stakeholders to identify needed enhancementsWork with key stakeholders & product owners to define key requirements for bugs or enhancementsIndependently research, test, and deploy fixes & enhancements where feasibleIndependently work with our professional services vendor, including testing & deployment of fixes on more complex issuesManager release testing & deployment for various systems. This includes reading the release notes to identify impacted areas, developing a test plan, and coordinating this testing prior to release being pushed into production.Develop, test, and deploy simple to advanced integrations independently to address various business needs & requestsWork with professional services vendor to develop requirements for complex integrationsTest, refine, and approve new/changed complex integrations with professional services vendorCreate, maintain, and communicate ever-evolving Workday backlog of configuration changes, integration changes, and enhancementsWork with other product owners and managers to connect Workday through integrations or APIsIncrease automation through the use of robotics where appropriateCreate, maintain, and publish documentation on various processes & integrationsWork with other members of HRIS team to present key deliverables and enhancements to key stakeholdersWhat we need from you:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experienceA minimum of three years system administration experienceExcellent problem resolution skills supporting large employee countsExperience creating support models and driving process improvementsDisplays strong independent work ethicExperience working with & aggregating data, preferably financial or employee centricWillingness to obtain Workday certifications as well as any other HRIS certification as neededExperience using various platforms for reportingExperience and/or willingness to communicate to larger non-technical audiences technical changes and the impact to their rolesWhat we would like from you:
