Job DescriptionThe Manager, Crew Systems Projects will lead the support and execution of Raising Cane’s Crew Systems. This role will be responsible for system enhancements, maintaining data accuracy, supporting Crew-related programs and collaborating across departments to optimize system use and Crew experiences.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
Serve as the functional subject matter expert on Workday Crew-related modules (Compensation, Benefits, Talent, etc.)Conduct gap analysis of Workday functionality, identifying areas for improvement aligned with business needs, presenting proposals to leadershipManage end-to-end system projects, including planning, testing, launching, and supportEvaluate and drive deployment of semi-annual feature releases and functionality identifying opportunities to improve and optimize the use of WorkdayProvides end-user troubleshooting, documents issues or defects, manage issues resolution and follow up with key stakeholders on system configuration changesSupports cyclical processes (open enrollment, performance management, merit planning, etc.)Conduct routine data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency across systemsBuild and sustain strong relationships, working closely with the functional leaders, field teams and RestaurantsQualifications5 years of experience in HR or Operations3 years of prior Workday experienceBroad knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, etc.)Strong project management skills and ability to balance multiple initiativesProven ability to work cross-functionally and drive resultsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalPreferred Qualifications:
