HRIS Integration Specialist (Hybrid)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically savvy HRIS Integration Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will help manage, maintain, and extend our HRIS infrastructure—centered on Workday—with connections to benefits, payroll, and other HR-related systems. You’ll collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and IT teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and maintain robust, scalable integrations that power the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and enhance integrations between Workday and a variety of connected platforms (e.g., payroll providers, health benefits vendors, retirement plan administration tools, and third-party systems)Serve as a subject matter expert in HR systems architecture, focusing on supporting business processes, optimizing data workflows, and ensuring HR data integrityTroubleshoot, monitor, and resolve HRIS integration issues, coordinating with both internal technical resources and external vendors as necessaryGather requirements from stakeholders to design and implement new integrations or modify existing onesCreate and maintain clear documentation related to systems configuration, integration flows, and standard operating proceduresParticipate in testing activities for new or modified integrations, including test case creation, QA review, and coordination of user acceptance testingAct as a key resource during Workday enhancement projects and support Workday releases as they impact integrationsIdentify opportunities to automate manual processes within the broader HR technology landscape

Qualifications:  

5+ years of experience working with integrations in Workday2+ years of experience with security in WorkdayGlobal payroll integration experience strongly preferredStrong working knowledge of core HR processes and the employee lifecycleExperience designing, building, documenting, and supporting HRIS integrations using tools such as Workday Studio, Orchestrate, or Core ConnectorsFamiliarity with data formats commonly used in integrations (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV)Experience with Workday Web Services and APIs (e.g., WSDL, SOAP, REST)Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audience

Salary range $120,000.00- $140, 000.00. Bonus Eligible.
