Job DescriptionWHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Director, HRIS will guide and shape our global HR systems strategy with a focus on enhancing the efficiency, effectiveness, and impact of the HR organization. Supporting key areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, total rewards, talent management, payroll, and special projects, this leader will drive thoughtful, enterprise-wide system improvements that elevate the employee experience. The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and a collaborative, hands-on approach, combining innovation with practical execution to deliver meaningful, people-centered solutions that align with the needs of a diverse global workforce.
Develop and lead a strategic HR systems roadmap aligned to both short and long-term organizational goalsServe as project manager for all HRIS-related initiatives; establishing timelines, deliverables, and overseeing execution from start to finishImprove system usability and support the transition to more robust manager and employee self-service platformsPartner closely with global HR teams and cross-functional business leaders to identify system needs and translate them into actionable plansDesign and maintain an HR metrics dashboard; collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and create clear, accessible reporting toolsAct as a key liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and functional teams to drive solutions and ensure alignmentProvide leadership in resolving technical issues, enhancing current functionality, managing upgrades, and implementing new systemsChampion adoption and lead communication, training, and change management for system implementations and enhancementsOptimize tools to improve HR processes, standardize practices, and drive efficiencies, while remaining responsive to business-specific needsBuild and maintain a customer-focused service model with clear operational standards and performance metrics for team accountabilityDrive system integration and continuous improvement efforts across the HR technology landscapeLead data governance efforts and ensure compliance with SOX and other relevant regulationsDevelop business cases for new HR technology solutions that align with organizational priorities and oversee the implementation of selected toolsCreate and deliver simple, effective training and resources for users across the organizationEstablish and refine processes to ensure data integrity across all HR systemsManage, coach, and develop HRIS team members, fostering a collaborative, service-oriented team culture QualificationsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required; Master’s degree preferred10+ years of progressive experience with HR systems, including deep expertise in SAP and SuccessFactorsAt least 5 years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development of HRIS or technical team membersDemonstrated success leading high-performing teams in a complex, fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage full system lifecycles, including business case development, vendor selection, implementation, and continuous improvementStrong familiarity with additional HR technologies such as Kronos, ADP, iCIMS, and Cornerstone is highly desirableAdvanced proficiency in Excel, with the ability to build dashboards, analyze large data sets, and support strategic decision-makingExcellent project management skills with a track record of delivering results through cross-functional collaborationStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across HR, IT, and business functionsKnowledge of data governance, compliance (including SOX), and system integrity best practicesBenefits:
