Summary:

Primoris Renewable Energy is currently searching for an HRIS Data Coordinator in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The HRIS Data Specialist is an entry level job responsible for entering, updating, maintaining, and auditing employee information.  This role works closely with HR Staff and Managers to ensure accurate and timely processing of data changes within the HRIS system. 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Serves as the primary recipient of Personnel Action Requests and other documentation related to employee information Verifies submitted requests and confirms proper approvals to process employee transactions such as new hires, transfers, terminations, job and/or salary changes including promotions, demotions, status changes Processes transactions accurately and in a timely manner, adhering to payroll schedule and deadlines Ensures secure and professional handling of sensitive or confidential information Reviews completed transactions for accuracy and compliance with company policy and regulatory standards Works with Payroll department to help research and resolve issues related to employee pay Escalates issues; closely follows procedures, directives, and guidelines Adheres to organizational and department-specific safety, confidentiality, values, policies and standards

Basic Qualifications:

0-2 years’ experience in a similar data entry or HR Coordinator role Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Exceptional attention to detail Efficient and skilled at Data Entry. Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks. Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of business units in various time zones Ability to maintain and protect confidential information. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be professional and respectful working with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with UKG software a plus.

Pay range: $24-$25/hour
