Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports. Prepare advanced reports and presentations from audits and discrepancy reports on findings. Perform ad-hoc reviews of structured and unstructured data across multiple data sources. Use advanced knowledge of HCM systems to extract insights. Create reports to identify patterns and insights from datasets that are pulled from various payroll, benefits and additional vendors. Apply advanced knowledge to seek and develop new, better methods for accomplishing both individual and department objectives. Monitor trends and act on high-risk areas of concern.

4 years of HRIS experience.
