Description
Robert Half Permanent Placement is looking for a skilled HRIS Analyst to join a great client in Orchard Park, NY. This role involves leveraging your expertise in HRIS systems and data analysis to optimize processes and support organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources technology, data management, and business intelligence, paired with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate organizational needs and recommend HRIS solutions that align with the Human Resources Institutional Effectiveness Plan.
• Manage and maintain HRIS systems, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, workforce management, and learning management tools.
• Develop and generate detailed reports using business intelligence tools to support decision-making processes.
• Stay current with emerging trends in HR technology, including artificial intelligence, to ensure the organization remains competitive.
• Analyze data using advanced Excel techniques to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with internal teams and external partners.
• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating efforts across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Document business processes thoroughly to ensure clarity and consistency in workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues to maintain smooth HRIS operations.
Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS analysis and business intelligence.
• Proficiency in managing HRIS systems, including implementation, database management, and system optimization.
• Strong understanding of human resources and benefits administration processes.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage multiple projects effectively under tight deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Proven experience in business analysis and process improvement initiatives.
• Self-driven, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
