HRIS Analyst - Associate

The Global HR Technology Analyst Associate plays a key role in assisting with the development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) associated with the collection, retrieval, accessibility, and usage of employee information for Human Resources programs and processes.

YOUR IMPACTThese duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.Serve as primary point of contact for support cases, requests and issues related to all Workday functional areas. Identify trends and training opportunities for Global HR Services & Human Resources through escalated cases and questions. Support data integrity by executing data audit reviews and conduct mass uploads (EIBs) into HRIS across all functional areas.Monitor errors with inbound and outbound integrations and determine corrective action.   Document processes and procedures for HRIS end users and system administration.Generate reports, test, audit and validate HRIS data and system design.Assist the design, configuration, and testing of HRIS for modules such as core HR, payroll, recruitment, benefits, talent, learning etc.Participate in annual or ad hoc project work within HRIS such as compensation planning, performance reviews, open enrollment, acquisitionsCollaborate with HR teams and stakeholders to identify solutions and process enhancements; keep up to date with new system functionality releases. Train end users on system procedures and updates for HRIS. 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree with one (1) or more years of experience in a HRIS or HR Support role; or equivalent.Associate's degree with (2) or more years of experience in an HRIS or HR Support role; or equivalent.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONSExperience with Workday, HRIS database design, structure, functions, and processes.Must have the ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information.High level attention to detail.Strong Microsoft Suite knowledge.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with HRIS data management and system testing.Advanced Excel and Data Analysis skills.

Pay Range:

$56,600.00 - $88,400.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
