Job ResponsibilitiesSupport administration and configuration of Workday across key functional areas such as HCM, Benefits, Talent, and Compensation to ensure reliable performance and alignment with business needs.Collaborate with HR and HRIS teams to determine and implement system improvements.Lead or support Workday projects, including new module implementations, feature rollouts, and business changes.Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end-users.Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.Establish and uphold data governance standards to ensure consistent and accurate data entry.Participate in system upgrades and testing to ensure successful implementation.Generate and analyze HR reports to support business decision-making.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.Proven experience with Workday or other HRIS systems.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in an ambitious team setting.Outstanding problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Company: MascoFull timeHiring Range: $64,200.00 - $100,870.00Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.Masco Corporation (the “Company”) is an equal opportunity employer and we strive to employ the most qualified individuals for every position.
