Summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing the ongoing maintenance, integrity, and optimization of data and processes within Human Resources Information System(s) (HRIS). Serves as a critical liaison between the Human Resources (HR) department and IT, ensuring that the HRIS supports the organization's strategic goals and meets the dynamic needs of the business. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and implement technological solutions that enhance HR operations and drive efficiency.
Qualifications
+ Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years IS system analysis, HRIS, Programming, or related field.
+ Human Resource specific experience preferred.
+ Experience in project management, software implementation and upgrade.
+ Must have excellent communication skills.
+ Proficiency with HRIS software (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors), SQL, Excel (advanced), data analysis tools, and HR reporting software.
