HRIS Analyst 2
This position supports and assists the implementation of HCM (Human Capital Management) and Payroll System for Emerson Business Units in Latin America, a multi-Business Group environment. This position provides assistance to the Project Managers in Digital HCM for implementations and other enhancements.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage the configuration of the application based on Business Unit requirements and Emerson Global HRIS standards for Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits and other associated modules. Coordinate with multi-functional teams in different lines of business to collect requirements for Oracle HCM and payroll vendor. Assist in the whole life cycle of Payroll implementations. Participate in requirements gathering sessions and maintain requirements documents. Help in documenting the requirements and testing HR, payroll systems and its interfaces with vendors. Maintain other project management documentation such as fit/gap analysis. Participate in data validation. Assist with SIT / UAT /parallel / E2E testing and software releases. Maintain reporting standards and coordinate reporting requirements across multiple Business Units. Develop reports in tools of high level (through elemental queries). Provide support to the Business Units for HR, Payroll, Benefits and other associated modules. Research new Oracle functionality to enhance customer usage of Oracle and assist in testing the new configuration before it is migrated in production. Assist with the maintenance of end-user training documentation. Provide support to the Operations team in resolving production issues. Follow agile methodologies for software developments. Other duties as assigned.

For This Role, You Will Need: Requires completion of a four-year bachelor’s degree in a Human Resources, Information Technology Business, or related field. Four to six years configuration, implementation or business support experience with an HCM application. Oracle HR, Payroll, Advanced Benefits and/or SAP preferred. Deep technical understanding of Oracle HCM, its functions, and its interaction with managed systems is nice to have. Strong knowledge of LATAM payroll, including legal, tax, and social security aspects. Experience with payroll setup and processes in Costa Rica and Mexico is required.  Proficiency in using Excel and other Microsoft tools for data analysis, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization. Ability to analyze data sets, generate insights, and build actionable reports.  Willingness to automate repetitive processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Good business knowledge in HR, Payroll, Benefits and related processes. Deadline oriented with a sense of urgency in meeting project goals. Ready and willing to share information, as necessary. Able to connect with personnel in multi-disciplines from the clerical level to senior management. Advanced English skills, Portuguese is a plus   Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: PeopleSoft or similar system experience will be considered. Familiarity with Argentinian payroll is highly desirable. Experience with other LATAM countries is a plus.
