Job Description
We are looking for a Senior HRIS Specialist with a strong background in Dariwnbox functionality and experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders to join our team. In this role, you will focus on optimising, enhancing and implementing darwinbox modules, improving user experiences, and driving process improvements across HR functions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with darwinbox, including configuring business processes, enhancing reporting, troubleshooting issues, and leading process improvement initiatives. Additionally, you will bring leadership skills to collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure that darwinbox meets business objectives and operates at peak performance.
As part of the HR Technology team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions and support the ongoing evolution of our darwinbox environment.
Key Responsibilities
Darwinbox Functional Optimization
Configure and maintain Darwinbox workflow and multiple modules, including core HR, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Payroll, Absence Management, Learning and Talent Management.
Partner with HR, IT, and business leaders to identify and implement process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and user experiences.
Lead the effort to continuously improve and streamline HR workflows in darwinbox, ensuring that systems are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value.
Created and maintained reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics, providing actionable insights for senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
Support and troubleshoot darwinbox issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to critical HR operations.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration
Act as senior business leaders' primary point of contact, providing expert guidance and solutions to align darwinbox functionality with business needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and ensure alignment between business objectives and darwinbox workflow.
Lead workshops and discussions to drive the adoption of best practices and ensure the successful rollout of new features and system enhancements across the organization.
Provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership on leveraging darwinbox to improve business performance and achieve organizational goals.
Process Optimization and Change Management
Identify opportunities to automate and optimize HR processes, driving efficiencies and improving the user experience for employees and HR professionals.
Manage the implementation of new features, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption by end users.
Support change management efforts by documenting processes, creating training materials, and delivering sessions to ensure the successful adoption of system enhancements.
Requirements
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with Darwinbox / Workday, specifically configuring and supporting various modules (e.g., Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Performance, etc).
Proven experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders and leading discussions to align darwinbox functionality with business goals.
Strong understanding of HR workflows and business processes, with the ability to drive process improvements and optimize HR systems.
Experience creating reports and dashboards in darwinbox to track and analyze HR metrics.
Preferred:
Certification in relevant Darwinbox / Workday modules (e.g., Recruiting, HCM, Talent Management, Absence, etc.).
Experience leading large-scale process optimization initiatives and system enhancements.
Familiarity with additional modules such as Advanced Compensation, Learning, etc.
Technical skills in Darwinbox report configuration and knowledge of darwinbox analytical capabilities.
Key Skills
Darwinbox configuration and support across multiple modules (Core HR, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Absence, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership.
Process optimization and improvement within Darwinbox.
Reporting and analytics in Darwinbox.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
