HRBP Supply Chain (Sundar)
Overview Strategic Partnership with the Sundar Plant leadership team for planning and executing HR initiatives that support them in achieving tactical and strategic business plans. The role will responsible for looking after the complete domain of HR, Org Support Services (Plant Admin) & Payroll/Time Office and in addition the employee engagement porfolio of all the front line population will also be handled by this role. Incumbent will be responsible for delivering in these domains while ensuring complete industrial peach in liaison with ER Manager given the fact that Sundar Plant operates in highly sensitive IR environment. Responsibilities Provide timely advice to Supply Chain management regarding people management issues. Provide case law accurate advice to line management on grievance and disciplinary matters. Create responsible strategies to deal with HR dispute issues and make decisions in the interest of the organization. Coordinate management/employees round table meetings Provide guidance and specialist input on recruitment matters and driving down costs ongoing. Provide strategic support in redesigning, establishing and regularly monitoring controls related to Head count, attendance, leaves, overtime and managing access controls at plant and agro remote sites, strictly as per the local labor laws and PCI’s policies. Identify the needs and develop a strategy in partnership with Talent Acquisition team for competency based recruitment and selection of right candidates. Ensure that the Recruitment agenda is executed and implemented as per the AOP requirements. Plan and conduct new employee orientation/on-boarding to foster positive attitude toward company goals. Leveraging Kenexa for efficient tracking and hiring of the candidates. Identification and collaboration with SDT team with the planning and execution of the function’s training strategy at all levels. Manage communication plan ensuring optimal engagement and two-way communication. Ensure PMP process is completed for all population frontline and management and objective setting is based on SMART goals and objectives. Lead and support OHS and D&I in the respective functions Facilitate functional heads in development of respective People Plans and follow up on the development plans of individuals and execution as per plan. Planning and design of annual HR initiatives to support the Company’s’ strategic objectives. Lead and execute HR strategies w.r.t. Reward and Recognition Maintain strong liaison with Administration department. Define and identify key gaps and help facilitate support functions in lesser time lags and ensure due diligence is in place as far as company assets are concerned. Custodian of the Org health of Sundar Plant. Develop and maintain positive employee relations and develop innovative solutions to create strong employee engagement Partner with functions in planning and executive their annual events e.g. away days, AOP Sessions, Quarterly meetings. Acts as a credible advocate for PepsiCo values & new ways of working. Qualifications Masters with HR background Experience Preferably 8+ years in similar capacity/operating organization (MNCs) with HR exposure.
