支持并推动HR数字化转型项目,优化HR流程和系统以提升效率和员工体验。利用数据驱动决策,为业务部门提供基于分析的洞察和解决方案。关注HR技术趋势,提出创新性建议以支持业务需求。Support and drive HR digital transformation projects to optimize HR processes and systems, enhancing efficiency and employee experience.Use data-driven decision-making to provide analytical insights and solutions for business units.Stay updated on HR technology trends and propose innovative ideas to meet business needs.

员工体验与敬业度 | Employee Engagement

设计并实施员工敬业度提升计划,推动企业文化建设和员工满意度提升。深入了解员工需求,提供个性化的解决方案以优化员工体验。定期收集员工反馈,协助业务部门改善工作环境和团队氛围。Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a strong organizational culture and improve employee satisfaction.Understand employee needs and deliver tailored solutions to optimize employee experience.Regularly gather employee feedback and assist business units in improving work environments and team dynamics.

支持初创业务模块 | Support Start-Up Business Modules

为初创业务模块的HR需求提供敏捷解决方案,包括招聘、绩效管理和团队建设。协助业务部门设计灵活的HR政策和流程以支持快速增长。作为业务部门的HR顾问,帮助解决快速变化中的人力资源问题。Provide agile HR solutions for start-up business modules, including recruitment, performance management, and team building.Assist business units in designing flexible HR policies and processes to support rapid growth.Act as an HR advisor to business units, addressing HR challenges in dynamic environments.

业务合作与支持 | Business Partnership and Support

深入理解业务战略,协助业务部门实现目标,提供定制化的HR支持。通过与业务部门的密切合作,推动HR政策和流程的落地。提供创新性解决方案以应对复杂的业务场景。Deeply understand business strategies and assist business units in achieving their goals by providing customized HR support.Collaborate closely with business units to implement HR policies and processes.Deliver innovative solutions to address complex business scenarios.

任职要求 | Requirements

教育背景 | Education:

人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学或相关专业本科及以上学历。硕士学历优先考虑。Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.Master’s degree preferred.

工作经验 | Work Experience:

5年人力资源工作经验,具备HRBP或数字化转型相关经验者优先。有初创企业或快速增长型业务模块支持经验者优先。5 years of HR experience, preferably with HRBP or digital transformation exposure.Experience supporting start-up businesses or fast-growing business modules is a plus.

专业技能 | Professional Skills:

对HR领域数字化转型有较强的敏感性和实践经验。熟悉员工敬业度提升方法和工具。具备数据分析能力,能够通过数据驱动HR决策。Strong sensitivity and practical experience in HR digital transformation.Familiarity with employee engagement strategies and tools.Proficient in data analysis and capable of driving HR decisions through insights.

个人能力 | Personal Competencies:
