HR YTP Intern
Job Description

For the Human Resourses department in Amsterdam we are looking for an enthusiastic Bachelor/Master student who is interested in making a difference in HR. The Human Resourses department is a vital pillar in our business, guarding our culture and recognizing and retaining talent through our outspoken rewards system. Through this position you will have the opportunity to work as an HR generalist and explore the day-to-day HR functions, experience the HR function in one of the largest food companies in the world.

About your Responsibilities

· Talent Acquisition Attracting and selecting candidates for our Young Talent Program and junior positions. From sourcing to interviewing, you will be part of the hiring process from the start to the end.

· Reporting and supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager in recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives and special TA projects.

· Sustaining our DE&I principles in your TA daily activities and reinforcing those principles in the conversations with the Hiring Managers.

· Supporting the roll-out of ad hoc projects and other HR initiatives within L&D such as Trainings, Workshops, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging as well as assisting with learning needs analysis and digitalization of L&D projects.

About the Requirements

You are currently enrolled in you Bachelor’s and/or Master's Degree, preferably in the field of HR, Psychology, Business Administration or Management. But more important than your education, we are mainly looking for the right attitude and the right mindset!

You have great communication skills in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.

You have good command of Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel Power Point).

You are enrolled at University for at least 50% of the internship duration.

You have EU Citizenship and/or you are based in the Netherlands and have an EU work permit (Please notice this is mandatory and we will not consider other applications).

Additional Requirements:

Note that for all intern positions we only hire candidates that are currently registered as a student.

Please kindly note that you need to have an EU Working Permit (Orientation Year Visa not included) in order to proceed for this position.

What we offer

The internship has an Allowance of 625 EUR per month (based on 40hrs/week) & full reimbursement of travel expenses.

Your work Location will be in Amsterdam with a hybrid model (possibility to work form home).

Last but not least, you will become part of a close Intern Community as well as a young and ambitious work environment (including online!)
