Additionally, depending on the need, you will take on general administrative tasks in day-to-day operations. **To succeed in this role, you will need:** You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, psychology, social sciences, or a related field and have an interest in HR topics. Ideally, you have already gained some initial practical experience. You work in a careful, structured, and reliable manner and have an IT affinity.
