As a HR Vendor Management Analyst II in our Global HR Vendor Management team, you will become a key player promoting innovation in vendor relationships and operations. You will contribute to global teams, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance service delivery and optimize operations. Your expertise in process optimization, data solutions, and strategic innovation will be crucial in managing vendor activities from negotiations through onboarding, steady-state, and offboarding. Job responsibilities:
Manage vendor relationships end-to-end, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract renewals.Lead commercial negotiations and ensure compliance with company standards.Oversee processes related to Third-Party Oversight, Model Governance, Data Use, and AI/Machine Learning. Ensure proper setup and funding of purchase orders and timely vendor payments.Maintain strong vendor relationships with Line of Business (LOB) leaders.Conduct vendor audits, KPI reporting, improvement plans, business reviews, ROI reporting, and performance evaluations.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
