HR Transaction Delivery Supervisor

The HR Transaction Delivery Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the regional transactional operations within the GBS centers and the position will be based out of the Mexico office. This role involves ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of transactional processes for the HR function. The Transaction Delivery Supervisor will work to optimize processes, maintain high levels of accuracy, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day transactional operations within the GBS center, ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing.Lead a team of transactional specialists across regions, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.Develop and implement standardized policies and procedures for transactional processes across the organization.Collaborate with other departments to ensure transactional services meet their needs and expectations.Monitor processes for compliance with internal controls, human resource standards, and regulatory requirements.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and quality of transactional services.Manage the resolution of transactional issues and escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction and service excellence.Analyze transactional data to identify trends, improvement areas, and cost-saving opportunities.Prepare and present reports on transactional operations, including performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).Work closely with the IT department to optimize transactional systems and ensure integration with other business systems.Oversee the transition of transactional services to the shared services center, including change management and stakeholder communication.Manage the transactional services budget to ensure cost-effective service delivery.Requirements:

Essential:

A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred..A minimum of 8 years of total experience and 6 years of relevant experience in transactional services or operations management, preferably within a shared services environment.Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a high-performing team to Lead the regional Transaction Delivery teams.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levelsExperience with Workday and ServiceNow platforms and services.Knowledge of industry best practices and continuous improvement methodologies.Experience with process automation and digital transformation initiatives.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Ensure contact management and transaction delivery processes are aligned with corporate policies, procedures and internal controls.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

Essential:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) modules, including Core HR, Talent Management, Recruiting, and PayrollExperience with ServiceNow modules, particularly in HR Service Delivery, Incident Management, and Knowledge ManagementProficiency in using data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Awareness of human resource compliance requirements relevant to transaction processingSkilled in gathering, understanding, and implementing HR business requirements while improving transaction processes and employee experienceAbility to analyze HR metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planning

Languages

Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is required
