The team
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Trainee for a temporary 3-months assignment to assist with organizing and updating our HR files in the GlobalLogic Kyiv office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR administration while contributing to an important project focused on file management and data accuracy.
The role
In this role you will organize and clean up employee personal files, both digital and physical, ensuring all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with company and legal requirements.
You will assist in digitizing paper records, labeling, and categorizing files for easy retrieval and secure storage as well as verify that all required documentation is present in each employee’s file and flag any discrepancies or missing information for follow-up.
It is important that in this role you maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data with discretion while supporting the HR team with other administrative tasks as needed.
What We Offer:

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfort working with digital filing systems. Fluent English and Ukrainian.
