What You'll Do

 

You will join the broader EMC (East Mediterranean and Caspian) HR Team, with a particular focus on supporting Teaming@BCG, a key initiative aimed at enhancing team effectiveness and employee experience. Under the supervision of the leadership team and in collaboration with relevant teaming stakeholders, you will contribute to the implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of teaming-related practices and tools.

This is a hands-on role offering exposure to one of BCG’s most people-centered initiatives, with the opportunity to work across various HR areas such as talent development, team dynamics, and organizational culture. You will help ensure that our project teams are supported in creating inclusive, collaborative, and high-performing environments.

 

You are good at:

Supporting the planning and execution of Teaming@BCG rituals, such as team chartering, midpoints, and retrospectives;Helping coordinate communications and logistics for workshops, check-ins, or teaming awareness campaigns;Assisting with the collection, analysis, and reporting of teaming feedback and pulse surveys;Maintaining and updating internal databases, trackers, and documents related to teaming activities;Drafting and editing internal communications to promote best practices and resources;Collaborating with other HR areas (e.g. Career Development, Staffing, Learning & Development) to ensure alignment with teaming goals;Contributing to the development and refinement of teaming materials, templates, and processes.

What You'll Bring

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (a specialization in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related fields will be considered a plus);Excellent communications skills, both written and oral, in Italian and English;Proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and GenAI tools; familiarity with survey tools or dashboards is a plus;Strong interest in HR development topics, team dynamics, and people-centric initiatives;Proactive and positive attitude;Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail;Good teamworking skills and ability to interact with different levels across the organization.
