🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Technical Expertise: 💡  Provide in-depth technical knowledge and support for Workday HR applications, driving best practices and innovative solutions.Implementation & Configuration: 🔧  Collaborate with clients during the implementation phase, customizing the Workday platform to meet their unique HR needs.Client Engagement:  🤝 Build strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their requirements and translating them into effective technical solutions.Troubleshooting & Support:  🛠️ Address and resolve technical issues, ensuring a seamless user experience and fostering client satisfaction.Continuous Improvement:  📈 Stay updated with the latest Workday releases and industry trends, proactively recommending enhancements and optimizations.

Proven experience in HR technology, particularly with Workday or similar platforms. 🖥️Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. 🔍Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for collaboration. 🗣️Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. ⚡

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a degree in Occupational Health and Safety or Prevention is a plus. 🎓

Proven experience with HR technology platforms, particularly Workday, with a strong understanding of their functionalities. 📊Proficiency in digital tools and analytics, with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making and process improvements. 📈Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for optimizing HR processes. 💪Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders. 🌍Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 🚀Familiarity with HR compliance and regulatory frameworks is advantageous.
