My Role:
Workday administration.Daily payroll system management and cooperation with the payroll provider.Supervision of employee’s personal files .Supervision of employee’s liabilities and communication with debt collectors.Complex administration of group life insurance and health insurance.Acting according to data privacy regulations, GDRP, TISAX etc.Participation in HR Projects.Answering HR Admin & Payroll queries from employees.Conducting standard HR processes – onboarding, offboarding, payroll process, benefits enrollment and others.+Maintain communication with government and civil institutions, as well as with business and labor organizations.Ensure compliance with labor legislation applicable to the area (IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT).Create and implement plans to reduce employee turnover and absenteeism.My Background:
