This Position reports to:
HR Business Partner & Country HR Lead
Perform day-to-day HR transactions and services for business, while also managing complex and escalated tasks. Ensure a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR activities. Support the globally set standards for HR and ensure that the respective business processes in an HR operations front office adhere to ABB policies and the local legal and regulatory requirements.
You will be mainly accountable for:Support Country HR Manager, HRBPs for HR daily tasks, presentations and reportsExecute and deliver HR services in compliance with agreed business processes, legislation, HR Policies and other compliance standards, KPIs and quality targets in a timely, accurate and customer-focused mannerDrive Talent Acquisition and Interviewing process based on policies, tools and business needs.Support Managers and Employees with Workday platform and follow HRBP related processes completion, while partnering with them to develop and implement people strategies and trainings needs.Act as a point of contact for inquiries regarding HR related topics and deliver support across one or several HR service line(s).Identify deficiencies of existing business processes and proactively recommend enhancements and/or simplification based on day-to-day experience.Process HR related payments (e.g. learning vendors/trainings – SAP usage and other platforms, benefits)Facilitate the change management initiatives when needed and drive behavior change & continuous improvement across the respective business area / area of responsibility.Support payroll team with records, reports and tools
Qualifications for the role:Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or other bachelor’s degree in relevant fieldMSc in HR Management will be considered a plus2-4 years of experience with HR issues and ideally 1 year as HRBPExcellent knowledge of English languageExcellent knowledge of MS office. SAP or Workday platforms’ knowledge will be considered a plusAbility to manage multiple demands on time and work with cross-functional teams.A collaborative, solutions-oriented approach and strong communication skillsA proactive way of working to serve customers with a “can-do” attitude
