HR Talent Development and Learning Delivery

Marsh McLennan is seeking candidates to join as  HR Talent Development and Learning Delivery in the office of Milan.

We will count on you to:

Develop trainings and educational programs for Marsh McLennan colleagues, ensuring that these offerings promote a growing and learning workforce. Also, ensure we can leverage in the Country all trainings designed by the global Talent Development COE (Centre of Expertise), by adapting them to the local needs, translating in local language when/if needed, and promoting the participation by the people managers and the colleagues;

Identify training and development needs through role reviews, performance appraisal data and regular consultation with managers and HR Managers/People Partners and COEs;

Create training materials for the delivery of the courses (virtual or classroom sessions), schedule sessions on the Learning Management System (Workday), track attendance, prepare tests and training certificates, manage requests for government funded training, quality certification and internal/external audits;

Negotiate and control local training vendors as well as the country's training budget, developing and maintaining KPIs for local training;

Be the expert of current and new global enterprise learning platform and tools;

Support the local PPs and HRMs in the deployment of the talent and development initiatives, like successor planning, talent review, high potential identification and development, career paths etc.

Support the local PPs and HRMs in the deployment of local and regional Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.

Get involved in cross Country learning and development projects and activities, leveraging as much as possible one enterprise products and tools

What you need to have?

Master Degree in HR Management or similar;

Previous experience (3 years) as HR in a matrix and in a multinational organization (Insurance/Banking is a plus);

Ability to coach People Managers effectively at all levels in development  and career path of their teams;

Ability to identify opportunities to make improvement and successfully support relative project/initiatives implementation;

Strong knowledge of LMS systems (Workday is a plus);

Knowledge and management of funded training (e.g. Fondo ForTe, Fondir)

Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
