Job Responsibilities:

The HR Systems Specialist is responsible for managing and optimizing HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime, and leading the implementation of a new payroll system, Dayforce. This role involves ensuring data integrity, providing system support, and driving process improvements to enhance HR operations.

Your Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HR system issues.Ensure data integrity and accuracy within HR systems.Conduct regular audits of HR data to identify and resolve discrepancies.Lead the implementation of the Dayforce payroll system, including planning, configuration, testing, and deployment.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and milestones for the Dayforce implementation.Train HR staff and end-users on the new payroll system functionalities and processes.Generate and analyze HR reports and metrics using Workday and ADP eTime.Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support HR decision-making.Create custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR system users.Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR staff and end-users.Address user inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience with HR systems, including Workday and ADP eTime.Experience in implementing payroll systems, preferably Dayforce.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent project management and organizational abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
