About the Role:
As an HR Systems Manager at TQL, you’ll lead the strategy and execution of our HR technology platforms, primarily Workday. You’ll ensure our systems support critical HR functions like payroll, benefits and employee data management, while driving process improvements and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What you'll be doing:
Own the implementation, maintenance and optimization of Workday and other HRIS tools.Ensure data integrity, security and compliance with data protection regulationsAnalyze HR data to identify trends and provide actionable insightsLead HRIS-related projects, including upgrades and new feature rolloutsCollaborate with HR, IT and business leaders to align system capabilities with organizational needsManage the full lifecycle of HR data—from creation to archivalSupervise and develop a team of HR data specialists and analystsWhat you need:
5–7 years of direct HR experience and 3+ years leading a team of direct reportsBachelor’s degree in HR or related field requiredProven experience managing HRIS systems (Workday preferred)Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insightsExcellent problem-solving and project management capabilitiesClear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiencesDemonstrated leadership experience and ability to mentor a teamSolid understanding of HR processes and best practicesWhere you'll be: 4289 Ivy Pointe Blvd Cincinnati, OH 45245
