The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Consultant will serve as system administrator for assigned Workday module(s) and as a liaison between Human Resources, Information Technology and system vendors to ensure all needs are met within the HR Systems solution. This role will require a natural curiosity to improve our systems and processes, while keeping the needs of the business top of mind. Responsibilities/Expectations: + Analyzes, identifies and implements configuration solutions, process improvement initiatives and standard methodologies in order to achieve strategic and operational objectives + Works in a team environment that includes business partner interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration + Implements and supports new Workday functionality, processes and tools to continually improve HR business processes + Serves as backup for other Workday functional workstreams, such as Time Tracking and Absence + Advises functional leadership and other HR teams to continuously evaluate and use Workday and other technology capabilities to enhance investment + Maintains strict confidentiality to protect sensitive information + Advises and assesses outside vendors + Other duties as assigned Education/Years of Experience: + Required: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Systems & Network Administration, Human Resources, Business, or related; a minimum five (5) years’ in HR Systems or related experience including a minimum of one (1) year experience supporting Workday + Preferred: Master's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Systems & Network Administration, Human Resources, Business, or related; a minimum seven (7) years’ in HR Systems or related experience including a minimum of one (1) year experience supporting Workday Other Requirements: + Collaborates effectively in teams to deliver major projects + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Manages expectations and timelines with a project-focused mindset + Maintains confidentiality of sensitive data + Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority + Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite + Preferred: Experience with 2+ Workday modules (e.g., Payroll, Core HCM, Learning, Absence, Reporting, etc.) + Preferred: Skilled in developing and implementing complex Workday solutions About Tulsa: Our corporate headquarters is located in downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, the 2nd largest city in Oklahoma and the 47th most populous in the U.S. Tulsa is known as the Mother of "The Mother Road" - Route 66, and boasts impressive art deco architecture, the #1 city park in the U.S. (The Gathering Place) and is a great venue for live music.
