JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an HR Systems Administrator to support the day-to-day user experience across Human Resource systems, including Learning Management, Applicant Tracking, Performance/Career systems, and other integrated tools. This role will focus on assisting with system-related inquiries, monitoring functionality, and helping identify opportunities to improve processes and tools that support business unit needs. Responsibilities include basic analysis of user experience, documenting issues, coordinating with vendors for support, and assisting with system enhancements, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute / Support:Configure, enhance, and maintain existing systems to deliver desired functionality, while promoting efficient business processes and an improved user experience.Serve as a point of contact for Business Unit HR Technology owners regarding system-related questions and issues, providing timely and effective supportTroubleshoot system issues and escalate as needed by opening and managing support tickets with the vendor to ensure timely resolutionSupport enterprise and business initiatives related to HR Technologies, including implementations, migrations, and cross-functional projects.Engage and EnhanceImproving employee and user experience with HR technologies through the establishment of strong relationships with SMEs within each business unit, and support of governance groups for each technologyAnalyzeMonitor and assess current technologies and system processes to ensure they are producing the desired outcomesManage system releases, ensuring smooth implementation of enhancements, patches, and prioritization of feature implementations.Maintain data privacy and security standards by implementing necessary measures to ensure compliance and protect employee personnel recordsEducate and InformAssist in the onboarding of new system administrators to ensure a seamless adoption of technologyRecommend:Provide guidance to Business Units and HR Partners on the effective use of technologies availableRecommend process and system improvements to appropriate internal colleagues / departmentsPerform other duties and special projects as assignedTextron is a renowned global multi-industry company with a diverse portfolio spanning aerospace and defense, specialized vehicles, turf care, and fuel systems. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems or related fieldDemonstrated project coordination experienceKnowledge of XML, HTML, Java Script and Google Analytics is a plusSKILLS/COMPETENCIES
