HR Student worker + **Location** Prague, Czechia + **Job ID** 0000026289 + **Category** Administration & Facilities **Job Description** Join our People, Places & Culture team for the Part-Time Student role based in Praha Jinonice for this exciting opportunity to become the part of the LEGO Group. **Core responsibilities:** + Support team members on ongoing projects by conducting research, data analysis, and compiling reports + Assist with day-to-day operations within the respective department and team + Support in administration of the talent programs & learning across the Business Service Operations teams + Learning & Development - LEGO U: review of the job descriptions in internal job catalogue, support in alignment of the job titles, governance & clean up; Position Profiles (coordinating updates, storage etc.) + Support in internal system of positions’ IDs tracking (e.g. people flows, temporary covers & assignments, transitions etc.) + Support and tracking of the headcount plans preparation (HC estimate process), incl. the manual inputs & reality data check with Workday Play your part in our team succeeding. As part of the Czech People, Places & Culture (“PPC”) team you will be engaged in a wide range of different HR activities and projects supporting both local & global Business Service Operations (“BSO”) team. BSO is the LEGO Group’s shared service centre organisation which operates globally in its main service delivery sites in Monterrey (Mexico), Prague (Czech Republic), Singapore and Shanghai (China). BSO supports the LEGO Group business units and respective departments with specialized services in Finance & HR areas. **Do you have what it takes?** + Strong analytical, communication & interpersonal skills + Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment + Knowledge of MS Office + Adhering to principles and values + To-do approach & enthusiasm to learn + Strong focus on day-to-day priorities + Fluent English (both spoken and written) + Previous experience in multinational and/or HR admin is a big advantage Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
