YOUR ROLE

As a HR Student on our team, you’ll be at the heart of our people operations gaining hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. In your daily job you will:

Support Recruitment in Wuppertal Plant

Screen resumes and applicationsSchedule/support interviews and coordinate with hiring managersSupport job posting management across platforms

Administrative Support

Create and send out reference lettersFiling and maintenance of personnel filesSupport onboarding for new employees

General HR Support

Support HR events and employee engagement initiativesHelp with special HR projects as needed

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenVery good language skills in German and English (written and spoken)Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive informationSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team
