Main Responsibilities:

Document administration in relation to employee life cycle events like contracts, addenda, exits and certificates  Maintain Personal files in line with legal requirements Accurately maintain employee Master Data in HR Systems Support HRSSC and HRBPs on HR legal & Admin subjects 

To Join Our Team You Will Need:

Min. 3 years of professional experience preferably within HR area  Experience working in a Shared Service work environment is highly desirable  PC Literate (MS Office and Workday user knowledge will be an asset) Very good Spanish, English and preferably also Italian   Accurate working style Ability to maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality Detail-oriented  Good, professional communication skills Nice to have: Workday user experience
