Note: This position is based at our corporate office in Phoenix, AZ, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Remote work is not available for this role. Candidates must reside within commuting distance, as relocation assistance is not provided. Additionally, applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.

Job Overview:

The HR Sr. Program Manager will lead and develop Leslie’s Employee Engagement & HR Strategy programs. This position plays a critical role in shaping the employee experience by overseeing our annual VOICE Engagement Survey, managing Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and delivery of key cross-functional HR projects that support our evolving people and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement & Voice of the Employee

Lead and manage the internal MVP recognition program ensuring employee lifecycle inclusion, increased utilization and engagement campaigns. Lead and manage the annual VOICE employee engagement survey, including planning, vendor management, internal communications, and analysis. Deliver actionable insights and facilitate enterprise-wide engagement action planning in collaboration with HRBPs and business leaders. Partner with analytics teams and HR leadership to monitor progress on engagement KPIs and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)

Provide strategic oversight and operational support to Employee Resource Groups, ensuring alignment with the company’s respect and belonging goals. Advise ERG leaders and executive sponsors on governance, programming, and engagement strategies. Track ERG performance metrics and report outcomes that demonstrate value to the business and employee community.

HR Strategy & Program Management

Ensure HR-wide initiatives promote consistency, innovation, and impact across the employee lifecycle. Support HR leadership in aligning program design with broader business goals and workforce trends. Lead complex, cross-functional HR projects from concept to execution using structured project management methodologies. Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports; manage risks, resources, and change control processes. Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments, primarily HR, Legal, Communications, and IT to ensure timely, compliant, and effective program delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field. 5+ years of HR program management experience, preferably in a large, matrixed retail or consumer-facing organization. Proven experience managing enterprise-wide programs and working with cross-functional teams. Excellent data analysis and storytelling skills Strong executive presence, communication, and influencing skills. Experience working with or managing Employee Resource Groups. Experience in change management or strategic communications. Project management certification (PMP or similar) a plus.
