We are seeking a Senior HR Manager to join our team and provide proactive, business-aligned HR support across a dynamic, multi-country region.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Services, and business teams, and lead regional HR initiatives that enhance the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to succession planning. This position requires a hands-on, commercially focused HR professional with strong business acumen, experience in organizational change, and the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
How You'll Create ImpactAct as a strategic HR Business Partner for several functional groups, advising leaders on talent, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Lead HR aspects of business transformation, change initiatives, and employee relations in a complex, regulated environment.
Drive core HR processes such as staffing, performance management, compensation, talent development, and succession planning.
Collaborate with HR Shared Services (GBS) and other internal partners to continuously improve systems, processes, and employee experiences.
Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective recruiting strategies and support hiring decisions.
Provide expert guidance on local employment laws, Works Councils, and union engagement.
Analyze data and trends to develop insights and guide decisions around organizational effectiveness.
Lead or contribute to regional HR projects and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in handling data, reports, and documentation. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Process-oriented, with a successful track record of identifying inefficiencies, leading process improvements, and driving best practices across HR functions.
Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting HR data and trends to support decision-making. Familiarity with statistical tools and data visualization techniques.
High personal accountability, integrity, and resilience in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Energetic and driven to meet objectives with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
Technically proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and able to quickly learn and navigate HR systems, including HRIS platforms.
Up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices, industry trends, employment law, and emerging HR technologies. Demonstrates continuous learning and agility in adapting to evolving business needs.
Demonstrated ability to innovate, take initiative, and contribute to building scalable HR solutions and tools that drive organizational performance.
Your BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience required (7+ years if no degree).
Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and selection is essential.
Strong background in employee relations and thorough knowledge of employment law.
Proven experience working with Works Councils and/or unions across Europe is required.
Preferred experience in supporting commercial functions and working in regulated environments.
HR certification (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent specialized training is strongly preferred.
A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal qualifications.
