HR Specialist - Workforce Management

What you'll do This position is Hybrid, 3 days onsite in Cooperstown, NY. The HR Specialist - Workforce Management plays a key role in supporting and optimizing workforce management processes by ensuring accurate data collection, reporting, and system updates. This role is responsible for position control activities, maintaining data integrity within HR Systems, and tracking, maintaining and building people analytics reporting that supports all of HR. The HR Specialist - Workforce Management collaborates closely with Talent Acquisition, HR teams, and hiring managers to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with organizational policies and workforce strategies. This position also contributes to process improvement initiatives and serves as a liaison between Workforce Management Lead and key stakeholders. Position Control reporting and analytics: Facilitate job code templates, requisition edits, and system updates in HR systems to support workforce planning Ensure timely and accurate updates in HR system to align with recruiting and workforce needs Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to maintain data integrity and compliance Will maintain regular workforce management reporting Will be required to build and create ADHOC reports on an ongoing basis Process Optimization & Workforce Analytics: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation for workforce processes Drive strategic workflow improvements in tandem with Workforce Management Lead to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Support data-driven decision-making by tracking, analyzing, and reporting workforce metrics Stakeholder Coordination & Strategic Support: Serve as a liaison between Workforce Management, HR, and Recruiting teams to streamline processes Provide backup support to the Workforce Management Lead on strategic initiatives Bonus Program Administration & Agency: Own, track, report and trend Bassett’s employee sign-on and referral bonus programs for Talent Acquisition and Nursing Prepare and submit bonus payment data and reports to Payroll and Treasury for accurate processing Other duties as assigned What we need from you Education: High School or GED, required 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree, preferred Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in workforce management, HR or a related strategic planning role, required Minimum 5 years experience in multi-functional role with high-touch customer services, required Minimum 5 years proficiency in Microsoft Excel, to include data tracking and reporting, required Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), particularly iCIMS, preferred Knowledge of healthcare operations or HR policies, preferred Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, preferred Skills: Communication Organizing/Categorizing Records Strategic Thinking Attention to Detail Computer Skills Logical Thinking Build Relationships Multi-Tasking Data Management Project Management/Planning Auditing Maintain Confidentiality Physical Requirements: Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 lbs of force occasionally, and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards. Pay Range Minimum: USD $22.40/Hr. Pay Range Maximum: USD $33.61/Hr.
