You will play a key role in delivering smooth, reliable, and employee-focused HR operations by ensuring accurate time and attendance processes, supporting employees with their day-to-day needs, and helping maintain compliance with labor regulations. Working closely with the People & Culture team, you’ll contribute to creating a positive employee experience while supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement. Whether it’s coordinating the holiday calendar, analyzing time data, or assisting with HR projects, your work will help keep our people and processes aligned and thriving.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

University/College Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2 years of working experience in P&ED delivery/ HR Service/ HR Operations or within a complex multinational organization.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Fluency in English, French a strong plus.Familiarity with Swiss labor law, especially regarding working hours, is an advantage.Comfortable using HR systems (e.g., SAP, SuccessFactors, PPT, Excel, etc).A collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving as well as excellent communication skills

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Time & Attendance:

Analyze attendance, leave, and overtime data to identify trends and support decision-making.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Line Managers to develop and review time management plans.Coordinate and send out quarterly vacation communication nudges to encourage proactive leave planning.Coordinate the annual holiday calendar and manage approvals with internal and external stakeholders.

 Compliance:

Verify that valid work authorizations are in place whenever employees record overtime during night hours or on bank holidays.Review data provided by the payroll team and follow up on any missing or unclear authorizations.

 Employee Support:

Respond to employee inquiries about internal guidelines and legislation.Help resolve time tracking or attendance issues.

 Programs & Projects:

Coordinate the internal scholarship program, including communication and tracking.Support P&C projects related to time management systems and process improvements.Provide guidance on time-related topics to employees and managers.

 Administrative Support:

Assist the P&C team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
