HR Specialist (Recruitment & Training)

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Complete recruitment tasks according to the requirements of the department. Including salary staff and hourly staff. Assists in setting up recruitment policies. Responsible for the job information delivery, collection and preliminary screening of resume, interview arrangement, and so on. Coordinate employee monthly activities, such as birthday party and so on. Coordinate employee yearly activities, such as badminton games/Culture week and so on. Conduct training yearly survey and help to choose training suppliers according to different needs. Doing orientation for new staffs and Evaluation of training effect. Support HR Director with AP affairs and Update Org Chart as required. Manage employment Labor contractor and EMP and Update HR report as request.

The HR Specialist will collaborate closely with HR Team. This role delivering comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving our people initiatives forward, fostering a positive and responsive employee experience, and championing continuous improvement to elevate HR excellence across the business.

For This Role You Will Need:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 3 or more years in a recruiting HR role Demonstrated success in talent development, coaching, and organizational effectiveness Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform HR strategy Experience in fast-paced, global or matrixed environments Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influence skills

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 

Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-tech, or innovative industry environment Advanced degree (Bachelor’s  or higher) in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field Strong knowledge of HR technologies, data analytics tools, and metrics-driven HR strategies
