Are you passionate about people and eager to grow your HR experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment? We’re looking for an HR Specialist to join our team at our Üllő Manufacturing Plant. This role is a great opportunity for HR professionals with a few years of experience who are ready to take the next step and make a real impact.


Location: Üllő Factory (on-site presence required at least 3 days/week)


 What You’ll Be Doing:


Be a trusted HR partner to our employees and managers, providing day-to-day support and guidance on a variety of HR topics.Lead key moments in the employee lifecycle – from drafting contracts and onboarding to handling exits and preparing documentation for works council meetings.Own headcount and HR reporting, ensuring timely and accurate data to support business decisions.

What We’re Looking For:


4+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with HR data handling and GDPR compliance is a plus.Skilled at navigating company policies and building tailored, trust-based relationships with employees.Proficient in both spoken and written English and strong communication skills – you're comfortable talking with employees, candidates, and external partners alike.Confidence using MS Office and HR systems – experience with Workday is a bonus.
