Deine Aufgaben

Unterstützung im operativen Tagesgeschäft

Allgemeine Personaladministration

Vorbereitende Gehaltsabrechnung mit anschließender Kontrolle

Mitwirkung bei verschiedenen Sonderprojekten

Planung und Organisation von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen

Erstellung von Statistiken und Reports

Wonach wir suchen

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und ggfs. entsprechende Zusatzqualifikation

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Zahlen und Daten

Offenes, kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten

Absolute Vertrauenswürdigkeit und Diskretion

Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen

Erste Erfahrung im HR Bereich

SAP HR und Workday Kenntnisse wünschenswert

Erfahrung in der Prüfung von Gehaltsabrechnungen
