HR Specialist Job Location: Guangzhou, Guangdong, China Employment Type: Regular Category: Human Resources Posting Date: Jul 4, 2025 Mission Details + 模块负责： + 招聘模块：负责分析两家工厂的招聘需求，制定并执行招聘计划，管理招聘流程直至候选人入职，并持续优化流程提高效率。 + 培训模块：根据工厂需求设计和实施全面的员工培训计划，协调资源确保培训顺利进行，并通过反馈不断改进培训内容和形式。 + 薪酬模块：负责两家工厂的薪酬核算、社保缴纳及报税工作，同时管理和优化薪酬福利政策以确保内外部公平性，并解答相关疑问。 + 员工关系及内外部沟通模块：在集团指导下管理公司内部外部沟通，维护企业微信平台，组织活动增强团队凝聚力，并妥善处理员工投诉和劳动争议。 + 人员安置模块：管理从入离职到内部调动等人事变动流程，协助员工职业发展，处理临时工与外包人员用工事宜，确保HRIS系统数据准确及员工档案完整。 + 数据管理与报告： + 负责HR相关数据的收集、整理和分析，定期生成HR报表，为管理层提供决策支持。 + 确保HR系统中的数据准确无误，及时更新员工信息。 + 沟通与协作： + 与工厂各部门保持良好沟通，确保HR服务能够满足业务需求。 + 与其他SSC中心的同事紧密合作，分享最佳实践，共同提升服务水平。 任职要求： + 教育背景： + 本科及以上学历，人力资源管理相关专业优先。 + 工作经验： + 至少3年以上HR相关工作经验，熟悉招聘、培训、薪酬、员工关系等模块中的至少两个模块。 + 有制造业或工厂HR工作经验者优先。 + 技能要求： + 熟练使用办公软件（如Excel、Word、PowerPoint）及HR信息系统（如SAP、SF、铂金等）。 + 具备较强的数据分析能力和报告撰写能力。 + 具备良好的沟通技巧，能够与不同层级的员工和管理层有效沟通。 + 具备较强的学习能力和适应能力，能够快速掌握新知识和新技能。 + 个人素质： + 具备较强的团队合作精神，能够在多任务环境下高效工作。 + 具备良好的问题解决能力和应变能力，能够在紧急情况下迅速做出决策。 + 工作细致、责任心强，注重细节，能够确保工作质量和准确性。 + 具备良好的职业道德，遵守公司规章制度，保护公司机密信息。 + 语言能力：英语能够作为工作语言 Required Profile Who we are?Arkema is a world leader inInnovative Materials for a Sustainable Worldwith the ambition to become a pure Specialty Materials player.
