給与および福利厚生管理

すべての従業員の月次給与を処理し、賃金、残業、ボーナス、および控除の正確な計算を保証します。税法を遵守し、従業員への給与支払いをタイムリーに行います。従業員の福利厚生(健康保険、年金、その他の手当など)を管理し、控除が正確であることを確認します。税務申告書や関連ファイリング(所得税、社会保険など)の準備と提出を行います。給与関連の問い合わせに対応し、問題を迅速に解決します。
 

人事コンプライアンス(主に勤怠管理)

日本の労働法、労働時間(残業管理)、健康および安全規制、休暇の権利などを遵守します。勤怠システムを維持し、従業員の労働時間を正確に記録し、出勤関連の問題に対処します。
 

その他の人事関連の業務

従業員の人事関連の問い合わせ(福利厚生、ポリシー、紛争など)の最初の連絡窓口として対応します。従業員の記録(契約、パフォーマンスレビュー、個人情報など)を正確かつ最新の状態に保ちます。新入社員のオンボーディングをサポートし、契約作成や必須登録手続き(社会保険、税務申告など)を含みます。人事ポリシーとプロセスの実施を支援します。HRIS(人的資源情報システム)を維持し、データの整合性を確保します。

On May 22, 2024, we announced a plan to separate our Electronics and Water businesses in a tax-free manner to its shareholders. On January 15, 2025, we announced that we are targeting November 1, 2025, for the completion of the intended separation of the Electronics business (the “Intended Electronics Separation”)*. We also announced that we would retain the Water business. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and successful separation process for the Future Electronics business.
