HR Specialist **Date:** Sep 5, 2025 **Location:** Apodaca, NLE, MX, 66614 **Company:** Corning **Role Purpose** Supports Plant HR Manager to ensure that his/her plant has the right number and type of talent to execute plant strategy and achieve desired business results; Ensures plant establishes and maintains a positive work environment and operates as “One Corning” in support of Corning’s values; Assists in achieving or beating budgetary objectives in support of top quartile performance objectives while maintaining appropriate levels of HR service delivery; Assists in successful implementation of global HR business processes within the plant; Ensures plant compliance with HR-related legal and regulatory guidelines **Key Responsibilities** + Encompass HR processes at MTA, as well, provide HR guideline to internal clients aligned to plant staff structure. + E2E process for new salaried employees + Provide C&B and org design structure guideline to assigned internal clients. + Close communication with plant talent to ensure and develop talent pipeline according to talent actions defined. + Land HR projects and assist HRM for plant activities. + Provide Labor Relations guideline and/or monitoring labor relations framework to assure a standardized environment. **Experiences/Education - Required** + Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations or equivalent qualification/experience **Experiences/Education - Desired** **Work Experience** + At least +3 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist combined) + Work experience supporting multiple client groups. + Proven experience E2E new salaried employees onboarding + Successful track record in deployment of HR processes and/or programs + Proven talent program needs assessment and gap analysis skills + Successful track record in the deployment of global HR business processes or programs + Able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner **Competencies** + Effective communication and engagement + Customer Focus Attitude + Change Agent + Conflict Management + Strategic Consulting + Navigating through organization + Strategic Thinking + **Additional Skills.** + Lean / Project deployment experience + Master’s degree in related area and/or HR certification + Proficient in verbal and written English language skills. + High proficiency at Excel
