HR Specialist
Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist to join our team in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities: • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including drafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews. • Support performance management processes by assisting with feedback and review procedures. • Oversee onboarding for new hires and facilitate offboarding for departing employees. • Maintain and update employee data within the HR system to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Address employee concerns, mediate workplace conflicts, and handle termination procedures as needed. • Organize and implement team-building activities and events to enhance employee engagement and morale. • Ensure compliance with local labor laws by monitoring regulations and updating HR policies accordingly. • Handle daily office administration tasks to support smooth business operations. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $100,000 with bonus potential. Benefits: Medical/Dental/Vision LTD, Life, and AD& D insurance 401k with company match 10 days PTO 10 paid holidays Requirements ** Must be fluent in Mandarin • Proven experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and HR administration. • Strong understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes. • Familiarity with benefits administration and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). • Demonstrated expertise in recruiting and managing the hiring process. • Knowledge of performance management systems and practices. • Experience planning employee engagement initiatives and activities. • Ability to ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain up-to-date HR policies. • Excellent organizational and communication skills for managing office operations.
