HR Specialist
WHAT WILL YOU DO DURING A TYPICAL DAY?
- Building a positive image of the employer and the HR department among employees
- Working on raising commitment among employees
- Supervising the handling of legalization of work and residence of foreigners
- Reliable and timely maintenance of employee records in accordance with applicable labor laws and internal standards
- Verification of employees' working time and systematic monitoring of schedules
- Participation in the planning and organization of internal events
- Participation in personnel and payroll audits
- Participate in the creation and updating of internal regulations and procedures related to employment
- Support in the preparation and conduct of training courses including, but not limited to, onboarding, basic training on labor law and internal standards
- Participation in projects to improve HR processes
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY?
- Knowledge of labor laws
- Operation of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Reactivity and independence in action
- English language at B1 level
- Driving licence
