HR Specialist

**Duration: 6 Months**
**Job Description**
**Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
+ Be Talent Acquisition administration, opening requisitions, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview logistics
+ Collaborate with hiring managers + HR business partner to define job requirements, as needed
+ Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, and exit interviews as needed.
**HR Data Management**
+ Cleanup employee records project support and ensure data accuracy in HRIS systems, if access permits
+ Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation, if access permits
**Performance Management**
+ Assist in administering performance review cycles
+ Track performance metrics and support development plans
+ Coordinate training and development initiatives with SYSS L&D
**Others**
+ Support current/upcoming/end of year HR projects
+ Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries and provide timely, accurate information help to implement the Ask HR concept
+ Provide temporary coverage or support during peak periods or transitions
+ While primary focus will be on extra support and attention of talent acquisition, the overall intention of requesting an HR contractor is to provide immediate support in managing the current surge in workload and ongoing projects, ensuring continuity and efficiency while bridging the gap until permanent structure is in place.
