Job Title: Human Resources Support Representative
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Temporary Human Resources Support Representative to support day-to-day HR operations across. This individual will provide HR support including employee relations, compliance, onboarding, record maintenance, and HR tasks. Help maintain digital and physical employee files, performance reviews, disciplinary records, and HR-related correspondence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and ethical judgment, and have 2-4 years of experience in HR.
HR Department Administrative Support, Reporting & Documentation Management
Maintain professional and confidential communication in all HR interactions.
Support HR with data entry, filing, and compliance-related tasks.
Support maintaining and restocking office supplies and inventory management.
Support routing mail and sending FedEx/UPS shipments as needed.
Support company-wide HR communications and initiatives as directed.
Support preparing standard, ad hoc HR reports using SAP SuccessFactors, Excel, and databases.
Support annual compliance reporting, including EEO-1 and OSHA 300 logs.
Support with annual required employment postings, including ordering and posting notices.
Support the maintenance and tracking of employee records, certifications, & compliance
Support updates and communication regarding employee handbook & safety training.
HR Compliance, Employee Relations & Support
Support employees and managers, educating them on company policies and procedures.
Support HR with upkeep of state and federal labor laws.
Support compliance with FMLA, EEO, Workers’ Compensation, and other employment regulations.
Support in conducting internal HR audits to ensure accurate, up-to-date HR systems and files.
Support employees and management through the performance management process.
Support workplace investigations, provide timely documentation and reporting to HR & leadership.
Onboarding, Offboarding & Benefits Administration Support
Support onboarding process for new hires as well as scheduling & coordinating benefit enrollment.
Support ensuring that all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and filed appropriately.
Support offboarding process, exit documentation and benefit transition communication.
Support responding to employee inquiries related to medical, dental, vision, 401k & leave policies
Support HR Specialist with open enrollment & benefit changes
Requirements
Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of experience in HR, multi-state experience preferred
· Strong working knowledge of state & federal employment laws
· Experience with SAP Success Factors or similar HRIS platforms preferred
· High level of discretion, confidentiality, and ethical conduct required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
