HR Specialist
Description Robert Half is seeking a proactive and versatile HR Specialist for an exciting ongoing opportunity. Responsibilities · Act as a primary contact for employees, fostering a positive workplace environment and addressing concerns · Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding. · Facilitate internal investigations, resolve employee issues, and recommend appropriate actions. · Support benefits administration, including open enrollment, life event changes, and leave accommodations. · Assist with performance reviews and analyze HR metrics to drive improvements. · Provide support to department by executing various HR functions Requirements Requirements: · BA/BS degree in Business Administration or related field. · Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Administrator, or similar role. · Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices. · A good understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures, and performance management processes. · Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed · Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. · Comprehensive understanding and management of benefit functions TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
