Description Roseann Mabry from Robert Half is placing a Senior HRIS Specialist on a direct hire basis with my client. The Senior HRIS Specialist will be on a team assisting with their HRIS Implementation. If you have experience with implementing Workday, Paycom, UKG, BambooHR, or Rippling this could be the job for you! As the Senor HRIS Specialist, you will be handling data integrity, maintain process workflow, user manuals, and training materials. You will also troubleshoot HRIS related issues and train HR employees on functionality and best practices. Must have a 4 year college degree and 3 plus years experience with implantations. Responsibilities: • Maintain and ensure the integrity of HR data across various systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. • Develop and update user manuals, training materials, and process workflows to support HR operations. • Train HR team members on system functionalities and best practices to optimize their use of HR tools. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HR systems, providing timely support to internal users. • Lead or assist with the implementation of HRIS platforms such as Workday, Paycom, BambooHR, or similar systems. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in HR processes and system usage. • Conduct regular audits of HR systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies. • Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends and recommend improvements to existing systems. • Support benefit functions and manage compliance-related tasks within HR processes. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • A minimum of 3 years of experience with HRIS implementations, including platforms like Workday, Paycom, BambooHR, or similar. • Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance standards, and data management. • Proficiency in HR software systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Paylocity, or Rippling. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support HR staff. • Experience in creating and maintaining user manuals, training materials, and workflows. • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot system issues and implement practical solutions. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for auditing data and ensuring accuracy.
