Come and shape the future of HR at McCain! As HR Specialist it's your job to work alongside your fellow HR Specialists and our people leaders across our Wombourne Manufacturing Plant to make McCain a great place to work. This covers many elements of HR including Employee Relations, Recruitment, and day-today HR Employee Lifecycle processes and compliance.  

• Execute local recruitment initiatives. Manage job requisitions on our recruitment portal (Success Factors), run job events and fairs, proactively source candidates, and manage the local talent pools – with an ongoing focus on early talent  

• Managing HR compliance e.g. right to work applications, GDPR storage, auditing requirements

You’ll be a HR generalist ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG would be advantageous!) You will also have…  

• Solid ER experience, with previous knowledge of managing conduct, absence etc..  

• Strong recruitment experience. Has experience of talent attraction as well as experience of recruiting at pace and volume
